At Printnix.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality, print-on-demand products made just for you. Since each order is custom-printed based on your request, we do not offer any kind of return or refund. However, we do offer replacement under specific conditions outlined below. Replacement will be delivered within 5-7 days.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We will gladly offer an exchange only if:
- The item you received is damaged, or
- You received the wrong product/design.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by photo evidence of the damage or error.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please:
- Email us at support@printnix.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the received item.
- Our support team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
If approved, we will:
- Print and ship a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Provide tracking details once your replacement has been dispatched.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot offer exchanges for:
- Customer errors in ordering (e.g., wrong size, color, or design chosen).
- Minor color or print variations are common in digital printing.
- Delays are caused by shipping carriers or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
4. Cancellations
Since each product is made-to-order, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
