  • Estimated delivery time:
    • Metro Cities: Your order will be delivered within 3–5 business days
    • Other Areas: Your order will be delivered in 5–8 business days
    • Remote Locations: May take longer depending on accessibility

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and product selection.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping on selected products or during promotional campaigns.

5. Courier Delays & Liability

  • If your order is delayed or lost by the courier, please contact the courier company using your tracking information. We can assist with follow-up if necessary but are not liable for their service failures.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery

  • Printnix will not be liable for delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-shipping.
